Mango The Hotel - Haggs

Quiet accommodation with handy setting just next door to the restaurant called the swan, highly recommended, all the local tourist attractions, and bus stop. Attentive staff of the hotel. A huge variety of fabulous food at breakfast time. What a very good stay, no complains at all...

Not very helpful staff!

When I am in Haggs, I like staying here. Satisfied with the hotel, it's an excellent place for staying in Haggs.

The food was fantastic throughout my stay.

When I arrived, the check-in process was chaotic and disorganized, leaving me waiting indefinitely. The awful plumbing issue in my room made it impossible to use the toilet without resorting to bizarre methods of flushing. After being moved to a new room, I was abruptly awakened by blaring music from a ghostly empty restaurant-what a nightmare! This place is clearly prioritizing restaurant customers over hotel guests, which ruined my experience.

Recommend it for business travelers

The rooms were nice and tidy,, really tidy. I had a decent meal where the staff was surprisingly attentive.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but still acceptable.

Consider in-room Netflix access for entertainment during downtime, especially if you prefer to unwind after a long day.

The heated bathroom floor was a lovely touch, making the stay feel luxurious.

The staff's inconsistent attitude made us feel unwelcome at times.

Checked in and met the rudest staff ever. Plus, the room was iffy-no lock and shower issues. At least the lounge area was decent for coffee, but overall it was a nightmare.

Strongly recommend for a short visit

Convenient location, essential amenities, the hotel offers a good atmosphere with 24-hour security, made me feel safe, and it also provides free parking which was a major plus, with easy access to local attractions like the Kelpies.

The food was fantastic, especially the homemade muffins-an absolute treat! The room was clean and the bathroom had a fabulous shower. Perfect for a pitstop!

I was promised a quiet stay, but found a band jamming below! The air conditioning buzzed all night, and my chair was bust-definitely not the vibe I was after.

Charming, Comfortable, Contemporary

I loved the modern decor throughout the hotel. It gave off such a fresh vibe! The heated bathroom floor was a good surprise, turning every shower into a spa-like experience. Plus, the dining options were out of this world, serving the best Indian food I've had in a long time!

Had an very nice stay! The food in the restaurant was superb, especially the efficient service that brought our meals quickly. The newly refurbished room offered such comfort, I felt right at home.

The room was super comfy with a heated floor in the bathroom, and the food in the restaurant was amazin, real authentic indian food. Really clean and modern too. Def gonna come back!

But the staff seemed kinda rude and unwelcoming at times. The wi-fi didn't work in my room even tho it was advertised.

The room was tidy. The under floor heating in the bathroom was a good feature that added to the overall relaxation.
